The Role

This key client site position involves performing general maintenance duties while delivering exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include:

  • Carrying out building repairs and trade assistance tasks
  • Scheduling and completing preventive maintenance assignments
  • Ensuring compliance with all applicable codes and regulations related to building operations and work safety

In addition, you will be required to:

  • Perform assigned day-to-day repairs and emergency and preventive maintenance tasks
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities as needed

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
  • Relevant experience in a similar maintenance or trade-related role is highly desirable
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic
