Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our facility.

This role involves managing a team of professionals responsible for maintaining the physical plant, ensuring regulatory compliance, and controlling heat, light, and power.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for the industry, excellent communication skills, and experience in facilities management.

  • Manages the physical plant including equipment, refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, water treatment and electrical systems.
  • Ensures regulatory compliance to facility regulations and safety standards.
  • Manages and controls heat, light and power and recommends current best methods for energy conservation and economical facility operations.
  • Distributes preventive maintenance and repair work orders and monitors timeliness and quality of completion.

The Facilities Manager will be responsible for developing a long-term plan for preventative maintenance and asset protection and overseeing execution of the plan.

About The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Facilities Manager. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facility.

  • Oversees and directs the maintenance of grounds, guestrooms, public space, restaurants, property vehicles and recreational facilities.
  • Develops project plans in accordance with renovation or new construction needs.
  • Contacts contractors for bids and supervising construction to ensure timely completion of projects within budgetary guidelines.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A degree in a relevant field (e.g., facilities management, engineering).
  • At least 3 years of experience in facilities management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
