Facilities Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and hands-on professional to maintain our hotel's facilities and deliver an exceptional experience for our guests.

About the Role:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks including painting, carpentry, tiling, and minor plumbing repairs.
  • Respond promptly to guest room and public area repair requests, ensuring minimal disruption to our guests' stays.
  • Conduct regular preventative maintenance checks to ensure all hotel facilities are in excellent working order, meeting high standards of quality and safety.
  • Liaise professionally with other departments to resolve maintenance issues quickly and efficiently, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
  • Accurately document maintenance work and report any recurring issues or safety concerns to prevent potential problems.

Talent Profile:

  • Proven experience in general maintenance or as a skilled tradesperson, with a broad skillset in basic repairs, including carpentry, painting, and plumbing.
  • Strong attention to detail, pride in workmanship, and excellent problem-solving skills to address complex maintenance challenges.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with colleagues, guests, and other stakeholders.
