We are seeking an experienced legal professional with 5+ years of post-qualification experience to join our dispute resolution team.
About the Role:- Represent clients in a variety of litigation and dispute resolution matters.
- Appear in local, supreme, and federal courts for hearings, applications, and mediations.
- Oversee junior lawyers, guiding them through all stages of case preparation and resolution.
- Provide high-quality legal advice tailored to clients' unique needs.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, barristers, and stakeholders.
- Manage a high-volume caseload efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Collaborate with a close-knit team to deliver outstanding client outcomes.
- 5+ years experience in Litigation/Dispute Resolution;
- Ability to work as a team with strong interpersonal skills;
- Experience working with small and medium-sized enterprises;
- Exposure to Microsoft Office 365, Clio, NetDocuments or similar software;
- Personality - it's one of our key differentiators;
- Previous experience in team management;
