Employee Lifecycle Specialist Role Overview
This is a critical role within our HR team, servicing Australia, China and India. The successful candidate will manage day-to-day transactional processing of employee data changes, including employee movements and position reports.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in administrative or coordination capacity, with the ability to deliver high-quality customer service in a professional manner. They will be able to multi-task and prioritize critical items while learning quickly.
We are seeking an individual who is passionate about HR and has a working knowledge of HR systems, particularly SAP and SuccessFactors. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take their HR career to the next level.
About You:
- HR experience in an Administrative, Coordination or Shared Service capacity
- Experience with basic technology functionality
- Ability to consistently deliver high-quality customer service in a professional manner; effective listening and communication skills
- Proven teamwork capabilities and willingness to work alongside colleagues to resolve inquiries
- Ability to multi-task & prioritize critical items while learning quickly
- Working knowledge of HR systems is beneficial, particularly SAP & SuccessFactors
