Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field, or relevant education and experience combination
  • Extensive HR leadership experience, ideally in a fast-paced, complex organisation
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and evolving business needs
