Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished People Strategy Leader to drive our human capital initiatives and foster a high-performance work environment.

This is a pivotal role that will require you to collaborate with senior leaders, develop strategic HR programs, and ensure compliance with relevant employment laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement people-centric strategies aligned with business objectives

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Extensive leadership experience in HR, ideally in a fast-paced, complex organisation
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Proven success in leading HR teams and delivering organisational change initiatives
  • Deep understanding of Australian employment laws, compliance standards, and key industry bodies
