Are you an ambitious HR professional with a talent for culture, compliance and innovation? As the Human Resources Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our business strategy across Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, coach and develop a high-performing HR team to foster a positive work environment
  • Provide strategic guidance across key HR initiatives including performance management, compensation, reward, talent planning, employee engagement and change management
  • Oversee end-to-end payroll operations for both Australia and New Zealand, ensuring full compliance and efficiency
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to enhance the employee experience and streamline HR processes across the employee lifecycle
  • Analyse workforce data to inform decisions and align people priorities with business objectives
  • Identify current and future capability needs, developing strategies to close gaps and support organisational success
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field or a combination of relevant education and experience
  • Extensive HR leadership experience ideally in a fast-paced complex organisation
  • Strong experience in managing or overseeing payroll operations in Australia and New Zealand
  • Exceptional ability to coach advise and influence senior leaders and teams
  • Proven success in leading HR teams and delivering organisational change initiatives
  • Deep understanding of Australian employment laws and compliance standards
