Senior HR Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to shape our employee experience. As a key member of our team, you will advise on policies, drive the implementation of learning and development initiatives, and support leaders to embed people practices that align with our strategic goals.
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations and case management
- Design and deliver engaging training programs using various modes of delivery
- Work within frameworks for recruitment, performance, and career planning
- Analyse data to generate insights that drive engagement and performance
- Build strong internal relationships and support policy implementation
You should possess strong communication, analytical, and coaching skills, as well as the ability to manage complexity and drive accountability.
Role RequirementsThe ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR or a related field, along with 3+ years of experience in a generalist HR role. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent problem-solving and time management skills.
