Hotel Operations Support Specialist

The role of the Hotel Operations Support Specialist will involve providing day-to-day support and guidance to the Front Office Team. This includes leading the team in the absence of management, representing the hotel as a General Manager designate, and fostering a culture of care for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and oversee the daily operations of the Front Office Team.
  • Lead the team in the absence of management and serve as a hotel representative on behalf of the General Manager.
  • Promote a caring culture among guests and team members, encouraging unique experiences for each guest's stay.
  • Maintain Accor's guest loyalty and recognition programs to the highest standards.
  • Develop strong connections with guests and colleagues by being genuine, creating a sense of belonging through active listening and empathy.
  • Act as a safety champion, setting an example by adhering to Accor's health and safety protocols.
  • Assist with check-in and check-out processes as needed.
  • Collaborate in preparing rosters, ensuring appropriate employee levels are maintained at all times.
Essential Requirements:
  • Leadership experience at a supervisory level or above.
  • Previous Front Office or similar experience, preferably with knowledge of Opera system.
  • Passion for people and hospitality.
  • A natural leader able to nurture, develop, and bring out the best in team members.
  • Ability to make independent decisions confidently.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts.
