Front Office Leadership Opportunity

At our hotel, we are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the Front Office team as an Assistant Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and assist in the management of the Front Office team to deliver outstanding results.
  • Lead the team in absence of management and act as a representative on behalf of senior leadership.
  • Cultivate a culture of care among guests and team members by driving engagement and empathy.
  • Maintain Accor's guest loyalty program to the highest standards.
  • Process check-in and check-out efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop rosters to meet business needs while minimizing costs.
Requirements:
  • Australian work authorization
  • Leadership experience at a supervisory level or above
  • Previous Front Office experience with knowledge of Opera system preferred
  • Passion for people and hospitality
  • Natural leadership abilities with a focus on nurturing and developing talent
  • Ability to make decisions independently and confidently
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts
