Dementia Support Specialist

We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our care team as a Home Companion.
In this role, you'll work closely with our Health and Wellness Team and Dementia Support Consultant to provide exceptional support and care for our residents.
Our residents live in fully functioning houses with 7-8 residents per house, enjoying a home-like environment that encourages independence and personal identity.
As a Home Companion, you'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with our residents and contribute to creating an environment that fosters normal household activities and community engagement.
Key skills and qualifications include excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, and a genuine passion for supporting individuals with dementia.
