About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring Senior Care Partner to support our residents in their daily lives. As a key member of our team, you will build strong relationships with our residents, promoting independence and personal identity.

Our residents enjoy a high level of autonomy, making choices about how they live, spend their time, and engage in activities. You will work collaboratively with our Health and Wellness Team and Dementia Support Specialist to provide high-quality care and support, enabling our residents to thrive.

The rhythm of the day is defined by our residents' needs and preferences. Our Senior Care Partners are self-managing and empowered, encouraging residents to take an active role in their daily lives and providing support as needed.

You will have the opportunity to prepare healthy meals with our residents, engage them in meaningful lifestyle activities, and assist with household tasks such as cleaning and laundry.

In this role, you will be passionate about delivering exceptional care and support to our residents, working collaboratively with our team to ensure their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

To be successful in this role, you will require excellent communication skills, patience, and empathy. If you are dedicated to supporting vulnerable adults and have a willingness to learn about dementia, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding position.
