Companion Support Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Home Companion.
About the RoleThis role is focused on building meaningful relationships with residents, creating an environment that encourages them to maintain their personal identity and independence.
The successful applicant will work in a household with 7-8 residents, providing support with daily living activities such as meals, housekeeping, and personal care.
This role requires collaboration with the Health and Wellness Team and Dementia Support Consultant to provide high-quality care and ensure residents live their best life.
Casual opportunities are available with various morning, afternoon, or night shifts across 7 days.

- Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care/Community Services
- Experience working with aged people living with dementia
