Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented Business Development Manager to join our team in Melbourne. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing business opportunities, and driving sales growth in the region.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial mindset, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. You will also have experience in sales, customer service, and business development, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships and develop new business opportunities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on sales performance
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience in sales, business development, or a related field
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software
  • Full driver's license
