Job Title: Marketing Operations Specialist

The role of the Marketing Operations Specialist involves providing operational support to senior marketing personnel and teams across a region.

This entails assisting with day-to-day operations such as procuring products, managing inventory, processing invoices, tracking budgets, and creating marketing assets.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Purchasing products for key campaigns, seeding and photo shoots
  • Managing campaign tracking and sell-through reports
  • Coordinating seeding orders and inventory management with the Operations team
  • Processing imagery and social media toolkit requests within brand guidelines
  • Providing information on current and future season campaigns, including investment levels and campaign results
  • Tracking expenses and processing invoices
  • Presenting budget forecasting reports
  • Tracking marketing assets and investments
  • Investigating the latest technologies and innovations in marketing
  • Creating and distributing marketing calendars and templates
  • Developing process documents as required
  • Supporting event planning and execution
  • Attending team meetings and collaborating with senior marketing personnel on ad-hoc projects

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher
  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience in operations, planning, customer service, or a similar role in consumer brands
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail, resourcefulness, proactivity, self-confidence, and organizational skills
  • A process-driven approach
  • The ability to work cross-functionally
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivation
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
  • A working knowledge of PowerPoint
  • SAP experience is highly regarded
  • Power BI exposure is preferred
  • Photoshop and Illustrator skills are beneficial
