Marketing Coordinator Role

To provide strategic marketing support and coordinate business communication requirements across all internal and external touch points in line with approved project and strategic direction.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate multiple concurrent marketing projects following commercial team direction and priority.
  • Provide input to stakeholders on positioning, proposition, and recommend best channels and executions to achieve their goals.
  • Coordinate all requirements for internal and external events.
  • Execute marketing and promotional material across all channels (social media, website).
  • Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure functional coordination of the department's activities.
  • Create consistency in look and feel, messaging, and tone of voice across all marketing and communications channels.
  • Proactively promote internal brand advocacy and continuously seek new opportunities to engage people with our business.
  • Analyse data to report impact and outcomes of marketing activities.
  • Assist with global campaigns as needed.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary education in Marketing or Communications.
  • Current driver's license is essential.

Experience and Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a fast-paced brand or marketing role.
  • Digital and social media marketing experience.
  • Vendor sourcing, negotiation, and management.
  • Delivering output that meets strategic objectives within challenging timeframes.
  • Highly competent in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Outstanding writing skills.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills.
  • Excellent search and research skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously with high organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks in a changing business environment.

Key Relationships and Department Overview:

  • Internal: Sales & Commercial Team; Technical and R&D Team, Finance Team, Terminal/Operations Team, Global Marketing team, Regional (MEAP) Marketing Manager.
  • External: Relevant Agencies, Customers (existing and targeted), Suppliers/Contractors, Business Groups, Networks, and Community.
