Marketing Assistant Opportunity

Are you a marketing enthusiast looking for a flexible role that leverages your skills and experience? We have an exciting part-time position available as a Marketing Assistant, working one day a week from home.

This is a fantastic chance to join a dynamic organisation and contribute your expertise in marketing and administration. With exceptional organisational and Microsoft Office skills, the ideal person will be outgoing and self-motivated, able to use their initiative to drive results with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with stakeholders regarding marketing requirements
  • Create email marketing campaigns via Mail Chimp and manage the client database
  • Coordinate projects for bi-monthly events
  • Manage website content and update as required
  • Maintain brand consistency with marketing materials
Requirements:
  • Degree or diploma in Marketing and/or Communication
  • 2-3 years' experience in a similar role
  • Strong ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
  • Exceptional organisation skills and a strong attention to detail
  • Copywriting skills an advantage
  • Proficient skills in MS Office, WordPress & Mail Chimp
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
