Overview

We are working with an organisation within the Automotive industry to recruit a Service Operations Support role. This role is unique to this business and will be a mix of operations support, invoicing and marketing coordination. This role would suit someone who has a bit of marketing experience, or has studied marketing and has a keen eye for detail. They are working closely with a marketing agency and will need someone to coordinate marketing needs, invoice agency and suppliers, as well as understand the operations side of the business.

The role
  • Working closely with the Manager of service marketing and external marketing agency to coordinate branding and marketing material
  • Quoting and invoicing duties for suppliers and agency for works completed
  • Administration duties
  • Ad-hoc projects in both marketing and aftersales
  • Excel and SAP usage as well as bespoke internal systems
  • Events
The successful candidate
  • Ideally coming from a background or education in marketing and/or business
  • Marketing experience, a keen eye for detail as part of the final approval process
  • Invoicing experience, quoting to external providers
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to learn on the job
  • Intermediate excel skills

  • Mulgrave location, parking onsite
  • The successful candidate will need to have their own vehicle as it\u2019s not close to public transport
  • Hybrid working model after training - two days from home
  • Hourly rate $40-45/hour + super
  • Immediate start or a short notice period required
  • 6 months contract
