Job Opportunity:

We are seeking entry-level candidates who have an interest in science and healthcare and are eager to build a career in the pharmaceutical industry.

  • This is a full-time role, working 5 days a week with a hybrid work environment (3 days working from home and 2 days in our Sydney (NSW) or Southbank (VIC) office)
  • Working hours are 8:30am - 5:00pm
  • This role would suit a recent graduate looking to break into the industry
  • Your day will be spent making outbound calls to healthcare professionals, building rapport, identifying customer needs, promoting and endorsing pharmaceutical products.
  • This is a great first-step into the pharmaceutical industry with opportunity for career progression.
  • You will gain exposure to big pharma products and work with a company that prides itself in its culture, opportunities for career progression, diverse project work and values.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Melbourne or Sydney based - Able to work 3 days per week in our office
  • A minimum of 6 months experience in a customer-facing or telephone-based role (preferred)
  • Degree qualifications in Science, Business or other (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong PC and computer literacy skills
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Confident, professional and credible telephone manner
  • A positive attitude, strong self-motivation and high level of adaptability and flexibility is critical.
