**Job Title:** Sales Community Specialist Multi Locations In Vic Full Time Part Time**About The Role:**

We engage with Authorised Apple Resellers to accelerate sales of Apple's entire product and service ecosystem within their store environment.

You will speak directly to our customers, providing them with the right knowledge and value for them to make informed choices that best suit their needs.

You will educate and empower store staff to stay knowledgeable on the latest Apple product and services portfolio, deliver an extraordinary customer experience, and build a team of Apple brand advocates.

Increasing sales and providing outstanding customer service while delivering individual and group product demonstrations and helping customers set up their new Apple products.

Ensuring Apple's fixtures and merchandising elements are up to date and maintained according to Apple's standards.

**What You Will Need To Succeed:**
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Knowledge of Apple's products and services is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
