Job Overview:

We are seeking a sales professional to focus on waterproofing product sales to architects, builders, contractors and installers.

The ideal candidate will have day-to-day interaction with builders and engineers, breaking and converting specifications, tracking projects and managing relationships with installers.

Key responsibilities include securing an existing pipeline of work, creating specifications, quotations and presentations based on clients' specific requirements, providing technical product support and making product presentations.

Project management of current and future projects is also essential, as well as quoting clients with a range of products and other requirements.

Field sales experience from the building materials space and expertise in dealing with specifications across construction projects is necessary.

A self-motivated and highly organised individual able to plan and coordinate weekly business activities is required.

Ability to converse with a diverse market and client base with a technical product is essential for success in this role.

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for a sales specialist to utilise their skills and knowledge to drive growth in our waterproofing products.

You will be responsible for developing strong relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, builders and contractors.
