Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Sales Community Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to grow the Apple product and services in our partner stores.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, conducting product demonstrations, and training the partner's staff. They will also be accountable for meeting all merchandising standards.

As a Sales Community Specialist, you will engage with Authorised Apple Resellers to accelerate sales of Apple's entire product and service ecosystem within their store environment.

Key responsibilities include speaking directly to customers, providing them with the right knowledge and value to make informed choices, and educating and empowering store staff to stay knowledgeable on the latest Apple product and services portfolio.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of related experience
  • Availability to work on a regular schedule of Wednesdays to Sundays (inclusive of both Saturday and Sunday) at our partner stores
