**PURPOSE OF POSITION**

The Product Specialist supports KCP business by being a key conduit between cross functional teams in the Go to Market process for innovation and other initiatives which form part of the Annual Business Plan.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITES**
- Responsible for being the conduit on the ground to bridge any gaps/barriers to business success
- Responsible for proactively identify problems and driving process improvement
- Primary responsibility for product set up (code set up) in both our SAP system for commercialization plus key strategic channel partner requirements
- Provide packaging support when required between KCANZ and KC Mills/external vendors
- Proactively manage literature and marketing collateral for availability to the Sales Team
- Ensure own behaviours are consistent with our Culture Compass
- 100% Completion of Performance Plans and Focused Development Plans, ensuring they are reviewed regularly with your manager and commitments agreed
- Make an active contribution to the team environment, through sharing knowledge and collaborating with others to build an engaged workplace
- Ensure commitment and clear understanding of KC policies and procedures and adhere to them at all times
- Active commitment and participation to ensuring KC is a safe workplace

**CRITICAL QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**

1. **Qualifications**
- Business related Degree or equivalent work experience

2. **Experience, Skills and Knowledge**
- Project management experience
- Time management - ability to manage multiple contributors for projects in order to deliver on time
- Experience within a B2B environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to consult, partner and work effectively across different functions
- Highly skilled in influencing people and achieving objectives collaboratively
- Previous exposure to a selection of current KCP ANZ customers and channel partners (Desirable)
