Senior Financial Analyst Role

Bengalla Mining Company is seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join the Commercial team on a permanent, full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage annual business plans and regular reforecasting processes to drive growth and efficiency.
  • Provide expert guidance on capital management to internal stakeholders, ensuring effective resource allocation.
  • Lead the site Business Improvement function, including investment analysis and decision-making.
  • Manage business risks based on value enhancement, minimizing losses and maximizing returns.
  • Coordinate insurance renewals and liaise with senior management and wider business units.

Requirements:

  • Hold commercial or accounting qualifications (CPA or CA well regarded).
  • Possess mining industry experience and a strong understanding of financial markets.
  • Exhibit excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, building relationships with key partners.
  • Demonstrate ability to work effectively in a small team environment, fostering collaboration and teamwork.
  • Focus on continuous improvement and value creation, driving innovation and excellence.
