Commercial Manager Position

Bengalla Mining Company seeks a dynamic Commercial Manager to lead onsite Commercial team, engaging closely with New Hope Group's corporate commercial functions.

  1. Drive financial performance and operational efficiency through strategic budgeting, financial management, procurement, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  2. Develop site Annual operating budgets and coordinate/maintain site costs for business units of Bengalla.
  3. Coordinate/Manage site Capital budget development and implementation.

This is a pivotal role where you will support the General Manager with interactions with Joint Venture participants, provide strong linkage with the New Hope Group Finance and Procurement, and maintain onsite oversight responsibility for all procurement, contracts, and warehouse activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Commercial team onsite and engage with New Hope Group Corporate commercial functions.
  • Support the General Manager with interactions with Joint Venture participants.

Requirements

  • Previous management and leadership experience.
