The Role

  • Lead the annual business planning process and provide regular reforecasting insights.
  • Offer strategic guidance to internal stakeholders on capital management.
  • Oversee the site Business Improvement function, including investment analysis.
  • Manage business risk based on value enhancement opportunities.
  • Coordinate insurance management and renewals.
  • Collaborate closely with senior management and other business areas.

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will provide Bengalla Mine management with in-depth analysis of strategic business options and recommendations for business improvement.

Requirements

  • Commercial or accounting qualifications (CPA or CA) are well regarded.
  • Relevant experience within the mining industry.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively within a small, friendly team.
  • Focused on continuous improvement and value creation.
  • Desirable: Experience with Pulse ERP and Xeras modelling software.
