**Job Opportunity:** We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the annual business plan and regular reforecasting processes.
  • Manage capital and provide guidance to internal stakeholders on financial matters.
  • Lead the site Business Improvement function, including investment analysis and value creation initiatives.
  • Manage business risk and identify opportunities for enhancement.
  • Coordinate insurance management and renewals.
  • Liaise with senior management and wider business units to achieve business goals.

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will provide strategic business options analysis and recommendations for business enhancement. You will work closely with the Commercial Manager to drive business success.

Our ideal candidate has:

  • Commercial or Accounting qualifications (CPA or CA well regarded).
  • Mining industry experience with knowledge of operational finance.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a small friendly team environment.
  • Focus on continuous improvement and value creation.
