  • Provide strategic direction for mine planning and oversee all aspects of the Technical Services portfolio
  • Develop, implement, and monitor technical initiatives to ensure delivery of business and strategic goals
  • Support and influence behaviours across all levels
  • Lead a specialist team of engineering, geological, and surveying professionals

About You:

  • Tertiary qualifications or equivalent in the technical services field are preferred
  • The NSW Open Cut Mine Manager Certificate of Competency is highly regarded
  • You possess commercial acumen and well-developed communication, interpersonal, and influencing abilities
  • Exceptional leadership capability and proven relationship building skills are essential
  • You have a high regard for personal safety and the safety of your colleagues
