Job Opportunity: Human Resources Expert

The role of the Human Resources Advisor is to provide strategic HR support to management and staff, ensuring that all human resource matters are handled in accordance with relevant legislation and Council policies.

As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in driving change and creating a positive work environment. You will be responsible for providing expert advice on HR matters, developing and implementing HR strategies, and managing HR-related projects.

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures;
  • Provide guidance on employment law and regulations;
  • Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts;
  • Recruit and select candidates for various roles;

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree qualification in Human Resource Management or a related field;
  • Experience in HR advisory services;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
