What You'll Do:- Collaborate closely with our Sales and Success teams to build strong relationships, reinforce sales methodology, and execute learning programs and playbooks.
- Support sales teams in APJ by coordinating with EMEA and the US on best practices and methodology.
As a Revenue Enablement Business Partner, you will be responsible for:
- Acting as a sales methodology SME, enabling the sales team to understand Command of the Message and Value Selling methodology while aligning to the customer.
- Designing, developing, and maintaining sales skills mentoring and coaching programs for all revenue responsible roles.
- Continuing weekly training programs with success to ensure that all gaps are covered and supporting the team to achieve their TRE targets.
- Conducting live training sessions and product bootcamps to reinforce pitch and positioning with sales and success.
- Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, identifying and owning, and coordinating SMEs to leverage them on different areas.
- Supporting sales and success teams with the customization of sales assets - decks, one-pagers, emails, etc., with the goal of increasing new business and expanding sales and growth opportunities.
- Researching, implementing, and guiding the adoption of productivity tools and learning platforms.

This role is a fantastic opportunity to partner with our Sales and Success teams, participate in their success by building strong relationships, reinforcing sales methodology, executing learning programs and playbooks, and supporting deal strategy.
Requirements:- 2+ years of experience in learning, sales enablement, or relevant client-facing roles (Saas/B2B/Digital experiences are a plus).
- BA Degree or above in Corporate Training, Psychology, Sociology, or arts performance with educational (teaching) experience (a plus).
- Established as a strong influencer across organizations.
- Fantastic standing amongst cross-functional teams throughout past working initiatives.
