Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide financial leadership to the ANZ business, focusing on strategic and operational finance support.
• Drive the region's monthly financial revenue forecast, operating expenses, and financial reporting process.
• Analyze sales and external data to develop key insights on performance and future trends.
• Partner with local teams to set and control field incentive schemes.
• Support demand forecasts, collaborate with Supply Chain to optimize stock levels, and improve forecast accuracy.
• Participate in long-range planning, annual budgeting, and corporate planning activities.
• Ensure rigorous application of group policies and procedures throughout the region.

Requirements:
• Relevant experience in professional services, accounting, or finance business partnering roles.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate multiple time zones and build effective relationships.
• Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Strong accounting knowledge, with an understanding of revenue recognition principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
