Are you a motivated and skilled professional looking to step into a leadership role within IT? This exciting opportunity is for someone who has experience in InTune and Configuration Manager and wants to develop new skills to enhance their career.

This role will see you working on secure End User Compute platforms built on Microsoft and Citrix technologies. You will be responsible for:

  • Providing input to strategic plans and roadmaps for End User Compute activities to align with organisational goals and objectives.
  • Actively participating in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to End User Compute services.
  • Governing IT Partners to deliver best in class services, through Governance, Reporting and Continuous Service Improvement.
  • Developing, maintaining and continuously seeking improvements to the processes and procedures to maximise customer experience.
  • Ensuring the health and availability of End User Compute platforms and services.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • In-depth knowledge of Windows 10 and 11 Operating Systems, Microsoft Surface Laptops, Microsoft Intune and Configuration Manager.
  • Previous experience in service delivery, working with and managing technology partners to deliver first class technology services.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Infrastructure services.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to build effective relationships.
  • A genuine passion for technology and service delivery.
