Job Opportunity

The ideal candidate will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining existing client relationships to drive sales growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing client needs and developing targeted sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and expand the customer base
  • Scheduling regular meetings and visits to ensure ongoing engagement with key clients
  • Developing and executing plans to maintain and grow an established portfolio of clients
  • Building and managing a sales pipeline to achieve monthly or quarterly revenue targets
  • Maintaining accurate records of client interactions in CRM systems
  • Fostering strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Presenting and demonstrating expertise on company solutions and services

Requirements:

  • A relevant degree qualification combined with applicable work experience preferably within the compliance sector
  • A minimum of 3-5 years' sales experience in a structured environment using consultative selling approaches
  • Prior experience in solution sales or subscription-based sales is essential
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales objectives and targets
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain high-level account management and client relationships
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including presentation and persuasion abilities
  • Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office, databases, and other software tools
  • Ability to effectively communicate with risk and compliance professionals and decision-makers
  • Staying up-to-date with market trends and company offerings is vital
  • A team player with problem-solving skills, driven to succeed in fast-paced environments
