You will work closely with Relationship Managers to identify upsell opportunities and promote LexisNexis products to existing customers. Your primary objective is to assess customer usage and engagement to support account retention efforts. This involves initiating contact with customers through phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings.

Maintaining accurate customer data and activity records in CRM systems is also a crucial aspect of this role. You will be responsible for achieving and exceeding monthly sales/KPI targets, contributing to team revenue goals.

In addition to your sales expertise, you will provide valuable feedback to enhance customer insights and product development. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are motivated to drive results and thrive in a dynamic sales environment.

  • A bachelor's degree in sales/marketing or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential for success in this role.

  • CRM experience and the ability to manage customer data effectively are also critical.
