Senior Business Growth Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Growth Strategist to spearhead demand generation for our integrated technology solutions in the renewable energy sector.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue growth and drive sales conversions.
  • BUILD strong business relationships with key decision-makers in the renewable energy and electrical industries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive complete solution sales and achieve company objectives.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities for our EnergyX offer, fostering strategic partnerships and alliances.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of proven sales experience in the Renewable Energy, Electrical Contracting, EPC or Power Control System Integration industry.
  • Strategic understanding of demand creation, opportunity management, and market development, with a focus on driving business growth.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, technical specifications, and construction documents, demonstrating expertise in the field.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and organisational skills, with a proven track record of building and maintaining successful business relationships.
  • High level of computer literacy and ability to work with IT networking and electrical principles, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
