Business Growth Strategist - Job Summary

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Growth Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, driving business growth and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

The successful candidate will maintain a deep understanding of client needs, objectives, and challenges, developing and executing adoption improvement plans to drive customer health and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and customer success.
  • Manage client relationships and ensure timely communication with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer issues.
  • Articulate client needs and develop solutions that drive business growth.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and work with account executives to create client growth strategies.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role within the enterprise software industry.
  • Ability to prioritize workload, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to customers and executives.
  • Experience with MS Office and/or Google Suite, with the ability to track and organize action items across multiple clients.

  • 8+ years of knowledge in the insurance industry or SaaS experience.
