Job Title:
Business Growth StrategistAs a Business Growth Strategist, you will be responsible for leading commercial sales growth initiatives. You will work closely with various teams to develop and implement strategies that enhance sales performance while retaining loyal customer bases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and manage project schedules, resources, and information.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather insights and keep teams informed of critical timelines and standards.
- Monitor project progress and resolve issues in collaboration with senior management.
- Act as a liaison between the commercial team and broader support functions.
- Manage ongoing strategy administration requirements and assist in developing strategic plans.
- Create and maintain project documentation, plans, and reports.
Requirements:
- Strong project management skills and analytical skills to simplify complex information.
- Ability to work autonomously and adaptively, with strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and advanced Excel skills.
