The Role: We're seeking a Remuneration & Benefits Specialist to deliver our remuneration strategy, ensuring fair, equitable, and competitive rewards for our people.
In this role, you'll drive key initiatives, support organisational design, and provide expert guidance on remuneration, benefits, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities: Lead annual remuneration reviews and ensure alignment with market trends.Manage remuneration budgets, forecasting, and Short-Term Incentive (STI) processes.Ensure compliance with Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) reporting and award legislation.Design and manage benefits programs, including wellness initiatives.Provide strategic advice on sales commission programs.Conduct market analysis, prepare reports, and support organisational design with grading principles.Deliver training on remuneration processes and provide actionable data insights.
What You'll Bring: Proven track record in a Remuneration role, demonstrating the ability to manage and deliver remuneration programs and strategies effectively.Experience in conducting market data analysis and competitive analysis to inform remuneration decisions.Hands-on experience with remuneration review processes, including budgeting, incentive reviews, and compliance analysis.Knowledge of employment legislation and award compliance.Excellent relationship management, consulting, and communication skills.
