Lead the delivery of recommendations and solutions covering specific areas of remuneration and benefits.

About the Role:
  • This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to join our team on a permanent full-time basis.
  • As a key member of the team, you will work across multiple business units providing reward business partnering to stakeholders and leaders.
Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement strategies for salary planning, market analysis, job design, variable pay planning, benefit planning, and vendor relationship management.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective governance of our compensation frameworks.
  3. Conduct thorough market research and provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
  4. Manage annual salary survey data contributions and effectively navigate databases to deliver high-quality benchmarking reports.
  5. Provide interpretation and counsel to stakeholders regarding performance, reward, and benefits policies, programs, and practices.
  6. Design and implement new reward and benefits policies, practices, and programs to meet organisational needs.
  7. Work closely with senior leaders to develop and implement global performance and reward strategies.
  8. Manage the Compensation Partner activities within our HR system.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience working in compensation and benefits.
  • Proven track record in project managing large-scale initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills, and advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience administering HRIS systems, including Workday and Advanced Compensation module.
  • Proven ability to engage stakeholders and provide excellent service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to perform under tight deadlines.
