
Compensation Administrator

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing accurate and timely compensation for all employees, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Maintain and update employee compensation records, including new hires, terminations, and salary adjustments.
- Respond promptly to compensation-related enquiries from staff and management.
- Assist with preparing compensation reports and reconciliations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Accounting team to ensure proper integration of compensation data.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in a timely and effective manner.
To succeed in this role, you will require strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
