Compensation AdministratorOverview of Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing accurate and timely compensation for all employees, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

  • Maintain and update employee compensation records, including new hires, terminations, and salary adjustments.
  • Respond promptly to compensation-related enquiries from staff and management.
  • Assist with preparing compensation reports and reconciliations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Accounting team to ensure proper integration of compensation data.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in a timely and effective manner.
