Job Overview:

As a Senior Growth Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in the ANZ market.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with CXOs at leading clients in the region, particularly in Retail Banking, Commercial Banking, cards/Payments, Asset Management, Investment Banking, Property & Casualty and Life & Annuities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive revenue growth from new logos, existing clients across ANZ
  • Lead, motivate and upskill sales and client partner teams to solution sell, cross-sell and up-sell
  • Prioritize investments on growth generating initiatives
  • Provide regular updates with top customers, seek customer feedback, trends and market dynamics
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of related experience
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Ability to shape deals, negotiate and close business opportunities
  • Proven experience in driving top-line Revenue
