Are you a packaging expert looking to drive innovation and lead cutting-edge solutions? We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead the development and implementation of world-class packaging solutions for our consumer brands.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic packaging solutions that meet international quality, functionality, cost, sustainability, safety, and compliance standards.
  • Design packaging that meets brand and market requirements while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Conduct thorough packaging validation and qualification processes, including performance and compatibility testing, and approve technical aspects of packaging artworks.
  • Manage and maintain accurate packaging specification databases, including measurements and statistical analysis.
  • Identify and assess new materials or technologies that support cost reduction, process improvement, and complexity reduction.
  • Contribute to Henkel's sustainability goals and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging packaging trends and technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
  • Build strong partnerships with suppliers and collaborate effectively across R&D and cross-functional teams.
Requirements
  • Degree in Packaging, Chemical, Mechanical, Biochemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a packaging role, preferably within the FMCG industry.
  • Hands-on experience with measurement and testing equipment, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with design and statistical tools such as Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and relevant analysis software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and collaborative mindset.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
