Job Title:

Business Solution Strategist

We are seeking a skilled Business Solution Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will work closely with stakeholders to design, build, and implement quality technical solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a thorough understanding of business strategy, market trends, and client goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business problem statements and convert them into actionable user stories.
  • Communicate product vision and user stories in a clear and concise manner to development teams.
  • Manage the backlog of user stories for multiple projects and features.
  • Evaluate user story acceptance criteria, accept user stories, and refine them with Scrum teams.
  • Create Sprint Release Plans with input from development teams.
  • Monitor development progress and provide updates to stakeholders as needed.
  • Lead planning and review meetings to communicate feedback on development achievements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A sound knowledge of financial services industry and general IT knowledge.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A high degree of numeracy and capacity for complex concepts.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently under minimum supervision.
  • Ability to work under pressure, achieve deadlines, and prioritize concurrent tasks effectively.
