Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Partnerships Specialist to join our team in Subiaco. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of CSR, cause marketing, and fundraising in the not-for-profit or commercial sector.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and grow corporate partnerships across Western Australia
  • Research and target organisations aligned with our mission
  • Create compelling proposals, presentations, and tailored business cases for support
  • Implement a WA-specific partnership strategy and annual business plan
  • Lead local engagement events to strengthen corporate relationships
  • Forecast revenue, track pipeline activity, and provide monthly performance reports
  • Collaborate with national teams to ensure an aligned strategy and consistent partnership delivery
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in corporate partnerships, sponsorship, or B2B relationship management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including proposal writing and presentations
  • Confidence in networking, negotiating, and building trust with senior stakeholders
  • High-level organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with forecasting, reporting, and CRM or pipeline management
