Upgrade Marketing Specialist – APAC

The OpportunityThis role will be responsible for increasing awareness and acceptance of upgrades among cochlear implant recipients and professionals across the APAC region.
- Develop, implement, and champion a marketing strategy that drives upgrade adoption.
- Analyse the recipient journey and upgrade performance to identify key opportunities, recommend strategies and initiatives, and develop marketing objectives and campaigns.
- Create and implement campaign strategies to target recipients with legacy and older-generation devices.
About You: We are looking for individuals who share our passion for delivering quality hearing solutions to customers. To add value, you'll need to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- Graduate qualifications in marketing, business, or related fields.
- Extensive experience in product management or marketing.
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to derive strategic decisions based on data and facts.
