APAC Upgrade Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join our regional marketing team in Macquarie Park.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to increase awareness and acceptance of upgrades among Cochlear implant recipients and professionals across the APAC region.
- Support the development, implementation, and championing of upgrade marketing strategies
- Analyse the recipient journey and upgrade performance to prioritise key upgrade opportunities
- Create and implement campaign strategies to target recipients with legacy and older-generation devices
- Partner with country leads to understand constraints of upgrades growth and develop multi-channel marketing initiatives
- Develop and execute short-term and mid-term marketing communication strategies targeted at recipients
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Graduate qualifications in marketing or business-related degrees
- Extensive experience in product management or marketing
- Solid analytical skills with ability to derive strategic decisions based on data and facts
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to influence others through credible actions
- Achievement-oriented with good attention to detail
- Ability to concurrently manage multiple projects
