Marketing Manager – Upgrades And Recipient Engagement, APAC

Job Description:

The role involves developing and implementing strategies to increase awareness and acceptance of upgrades among Cochlear implant recipients and professionals in the APAC region.

  • Support the development and implementation of upgrade marketing strategy.
  • Analyse recipient journey and upgrade performance to identify key opportunities, recommend strategies, and develop marketing objectives and campaigns.
  • Create and implement campaign strategies to target recipients with legacy and older-generation devices.
  • Partner with country leads to understand constraints on upgrades growth and develop multi-channel marketing and engagement initiatives.
Required Skills And Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A graduate degree in marketing or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in product management or marketing.
  • Solid analytical skills with ability to derive strategic decisions based on data and facts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to influence others through credible actions.
  • Enthusiasm and initiative to go above and beyond what's required.
  • Cultural sensitivity and flexibility to travel nationally and internationally.
