We are seeking a Business Partner to join our team.

As a key member of our organization, you will partner with stakeholders across the business nationally, including pilots and base managers, to provide a leading edge consulting and advisory service on human resources, employee relations, workplace relations, and organizational development.

  1. Develop a deep understanding of our business strategy and goals.
  2. Partner with managers and senior leaders to implement people plans and enable them to deliver on their strategy.
  3. Work with the capability and culture team to implement projects and annual HR programs aligned to business plans.
  4. Develop influencing working relationships across management levels and with employee representatives and unions.
  • Proven experience in complex environments.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and sound knowledge of employee relations practices.
  • Ability to engage and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in leading organizational change and advocacy.
