We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to lead the month-end close process and support strategic decision-making through close business partnering.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Month-End Close Process: Manage journals, reconciliations, and reporting packs to ensure accurate and timely financial reports.
  • Deliver Financial Reports: Prepare and deliver P&L, variance analysis, and commentary to stakeholders.
  • Support Strategic Initiatives: Collaborate with General Managers and site leaders to drive business performance and identify efficiency opportunities.
  • Provide Financial Insight: Develop financial models and scenario analyses to inform key business initiatives.
  • Ensure Compliance: Support audit and statutory compliance as required.
About You
  • Qualifications: CA or CPA qualified with at least 5 years of experience in financial or management accounting.
  • Preferred Experience: Manufacturing, construction, or product-based business experience is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Strong technical skills in month-end, reporting, and compliance.
  • Commercial Acumen: Commercial acumen with the ability to influence and support non-financial stakeholders.
  • Certifications: Advanced Excel and ERP system capability.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative and improvement-focused mindset.
